Accessibility Statement
Last updated: Oct 11, 2026
We want quebec.agency to be usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, voice control or magnification.
Our standard
We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA. What we do in practice:
- Every page works without JavaScript; scripts only add convenience.
- Full keyboard operation with a visible focus indicator, a skip link, and a menu that opens and closes with the keyboard.
- Semantic headings, landmarks, labelled form fields and clear error messages.
- Text and controls meet colour-contrast requirements on our light background.
- The scrolling area and specialty tickers pause when you hover or focus them, are duplicated visually only (the repeat is hidden from screen readers), and stop animating when your system asks for reduced motion.
- Responsive layout that works at phone widths and with browser zoom.
Known limits
Some user-supplied content (for example a specialist's bio or website) is outside our control. Third-party pages we link to, including Stripe checkout, have their own accessibility practices.
Tell us about a problem
If you hit a barrier, email contact@quebec.agency or use the contact form with the page address and what happened. We aim to reply within 5 business days and will offer another way to get the information or service you need.
