What a lead costs
The price depends on the value of the work. You always see the cost before you unlock, and unused credits never expire.

Do I pay to be listed?
No. Listings are free. You pay only to unlock a client's contact details.
Is a lead guaranteed to become a job?
No. A brief may go to several specialists and the client chooses. You pay for the introduction, not the job.
Do credits expire?
No, as long as your account is in good standing.
Can I cancel Pro?
Any time from your account page. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
Are prices final?
Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and taxes (GST and QST) are extra: they are added at checkout. Prices may change for future purchases. Credits you already bought are not affected. Full details are in the Specialist Terms.
