Acceptable Use Policy

Everyone using quebec.agency agrees to the following. We may remove content or restrict access for breaches.
You must not
- Post false, misleading or deceptive information, including fake licences, credentials, reviews, addresses or identities.
- Impersonate a person or business, or list a business you are not authorised to represent.
- Submit briefs that are fake, for testing the site without telling us, or meant to harvest specialists' details.
- Scrape, crawl for bulk extraction, copy the directory, or collect contact details by automated means.
- Use client contact details for anything other than responding to that project, or share or sell them.
- Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages or harassing, threatening or discriminatory messages.
- Offer or request illegal goods or services, or work that requires a licence you do not hold.
- Upload malware, probe or attack the site, bypass rate limits, spam protections or private-link security, or access another user's account.
- Post content that infringes someone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights.
- Discriminate unlawfully in the services you offer or the clients you accept.
Reporting
To report a listing, a brief or a user, write to contact@quebec.agency with a link and a description. We review reports and may remove content, suspend accounts or take other action. In urgent situations contact the authorities.
